NOADA Endorsed Partners: Vetted Providers, Member Pricing
The NOADA endorsed partners program is the non-dues engine behind your membership. It is a curated roster of pre-vetted auto-industry solution providers - companies NOADA has reviewed and stands behind - offering members competitive, members-only pricing across the categories every dealership has to buy in: F&I, compliance, HR, insurance, forms, titling, and more. The endorsed-partner model is how the strongest dealer associations keep dues affordable while delivering real, ongoing value, and it is central to how NOADA works.
This page explains how the program works, what “endorsed” actually means, and the categories of partners a member dealership can tap. To use these programs, join NOADA or sign in to the member portal.
What “endorsed” means
Anyone can call a vendor a partner. An endorsement is a higher bar. Following the approach used by OADA and other leading associations, an endorsed partner is one NOADA has evaluated on two fronts:
- The effectiveness of the service - does the program actually deliver for dealers, at a quality level NOADA is willing to put its name behind?
- The philosophy and integrity of the company - does the provider operate the way NOADA members are expected to operate, with the same commitment to fair, honest dealing reflected in our Code of Ethics?
In short: an endorsement is NOADA telling its members, “we vetted this one, and we recommend it.” That saves your store the time and risk of evaluating providers cold - and the members-only pricing means you are not paying retail to find out.
Why the program exists: non-dues value
There is a reason your dues are reasonable. Endorsed partners support the association, which keeps the cost of membership down while expanding what membership delivers. It is the same model VADA describes plainly: official partner programs provide products and services at members-only competitive pricing, and partners help maintain low dues while funding training and education.
For your dealership, that means two layers of value:
- Direct savings on services you already buy, at pricing negotiated for members rather than for one store acting alone.
- A pre-vetted shortlist so you are choosing among providers NOADA already trusts, not gambling on a cold sales pitch.
The result is a membership where the non-dues value can exceed the dues - the whole point of belonging.
Partner categories
NOADA’s endorsed-partner roster is organized by the functions a dealership has to cover. The categories below reflect the kinds of programs member dealerships rely on. To see the current partners and offers in each category, sign in to the member portal or call NOADA at (330) 272-9011.
Compliance and cybersecurity
The rules governing dealerships - FTC Safeguards, advertising, privacy, environmental and safety - keep moving. Compliance partners help you keep up:
- Cybersecurity and data-security compliance (FTC Safeguards Rule readiness)
- Environmental, health, and safety compliance programs
- Secure document destruction with audit trails (paired with NOADA’s own document shredding benefit)
F&I products and services
The finance-and-insurance office is where compliance and profitability meet. F&I partners offer:
- F&I product suites (service contracts, GAP, ancillary products)
- F&I training and participation programs built for franchised dealers
- Menu, compliance, and process support for the F&I desk
HR, benefits, and insurance
People are a dealership’s biggest cost and biggest exposure. These partners complement NOADA’s own HR hotline:
- Group health insurance and voluntary employee benefits
- Workers’ compensation programs
- Retirement-plan providers
- Pre-employment screening and background-check services
Registration, titling, and forms
Paperwork is constant. These partners - alongside NOADA’s own Akron BMV Express title service - keep it moving:
- Electronic registration and titling systems
- Business forms and dealer paperwork
- Downloadable and orderable dealer forms (see Dealer forms)
Payments and cost control
Money leaving the building deserves scrutiny:
- Credit-card / merchant processing (paired with NOADA’s monthly fee audit)
- Energy and utility programs
- Vehicle-sales reporting and market-data tools that complement the AUTO KNOW report
Operations and aftermarket
- Retail warranty-reimbursement / dealer-uplift programs
- Wholesale and digital auction platforms
- Abandoned-vehicle handling (paired with NOADA’s vehicle-removal benefit)
How members use the program
Using an endorsed partner is meant to be friction-free:
- Browse the directory in the member portal to see current partners by category and the member offer for each.
- Connect directly - contact the partner and identify your dealership as a NOADA member to access member pricing.
- Ask NOADA first if you are unsure which partner fits. The office knows the programs and can point you to the right one. Call (330) 272-9011.
There is no extra charge to use the program - it is part of membership. The savings and the vetting are the benefit.
For providers: becoming a NOADA partner
If your company serves franchised dealers and wants to reach Northeast Ohio’s stores, an endorsed-partnership may be a fit. Like OADA, NOADA expects prospective partners to demonstrate that their program genuinely benefits dealers and that the company shares the association’s standards. Endorsement is selective by design - that selectivity is exactly what makes it valuable to members.
