NOADA Annual Meeting
The NOADA Annual Meeting is the flagship gathering of the Northeast Ohio Automobile Dealers Association - the one evening each year when our member dealers, their teams, endorsed partners, and invited guests come together to look back on the year, set the course ahead, honor the best of our region, and install the leaders who will guide the association. It is part business meeting, part celebration, and entirely about the community of dealers NOADA has represented since 1927.
If you are a member, this is the event to put on the calendar. If you are considering membership, the Annual Meeting is the clearest picture you will get of what NOADA is and who belongs to it.
What to expect
The Annual Meeting follows the format proven by the strongest dealer associations - a substantive business session paired with a banquet and recognition program.
- Registration and reception. Cocktails and networking with dealers, OEM representatives, lenders, and endorsed partners from across Northeast Ohio.
- State of the Association. NOADA leadership reports on the year - membership, advocacy wins, finances, and priorities for the year ahead.
- Advocacy and industry briefing. A look at the legislative and regulatory landscape affecting franchised dealers in Ohio and nationally, often with a guest speaker.
- Awards presentation. Recognition of standout members and community-service honorees.
- Officer installation. The incoming board officers and directors are formally installed.
- Banquet and keynote. Dinner and a featured speaker, followed by closing remarks.

- Confirm your headcount early. Banquet seating is finite and tables sell out.
