Is this the same as the Akron BMV on Tallmadge Avenue? No. There are several deputy registrar agencies in the Akron area. NOADA operates Agency 7731 at 688 Wolf Ledges Parkway - a different registrar operates at 1030 E. Tallmadge Avenue. Confirm the address before you head out.
